Who Joins Boot Camp?

Any person, young or old, may join BFIT4LIFE boot camps! It is for any one who has the courage, determination, and will power, to start that
healthy lifestyle plan, and achieve those fitness goals. We have had great success stories from all different ages! It doesn't matter your
fitness level, whether just beginning, or just needing to be more challenged with your current work out program. Training for a marathon and
needing more endurance, or getting ready for that special occasion and wanting to tone, and lose a few pounds, or simply just wanting to get
off that extra weight for good, and keep it off! We have all different fitness levels, working out together, sharing the same goals of becoming
fitter and healthier people. My promise to you is to provide to you the best exercises, including suggestions and recommendations for the
cleanest, healthiest, eating plans, which will help you in achieving maximum results in weight loss, increased endurance, energy, flexibility,
and fat burning results! We do offer woman only classes, and classes that are co-ed. Please inquire within. (Enrollees over 69 years of age
will need to request permission from their Dr. to start an exercise program)

What do I need to bring?
|
|
A towel, or yoga mat, water, and one set of free weights. We will help you determine your proper weight. All other equipment is provided by our trainers.

What if I can not run?
|
We do a limited amount of running at camp, and our trainers always offer modifications for any and all exercises given. We will always do our best
to bring out the best in you, and your performance at camp! Workouts are designed so you can work at your own specific pace. Our boot camp atmosphere
is based on positive encouragement and motivation, never barking out orders, instead concentrating on you and your specific fitness needs and goals.
Furthermore, I am happy to meet with you prior to joining camp to go over form and exercises that are performed at camp.

How long does it last?

|
All sessions run 1 hour long. We start with a 5 min. warm up including light limbering and stretching, ending with a 5 min. stretch and cool
down, focusing on flexibility and core work.

What about if it rains?
|
|
If the weather is not cooperating, the trainers will provide to you a make up class. When in doubt, please check your e-mail before you leave for
camp, we will send out a cancellation message if need be. We will only re-schedule a camp if there is heavy rain, lightning, or wind.

What if I miss a scheduled class that I already paid for?
|
|
We never want you to lose out on a paid class, which is why we allow you to make up all missed days in any other scheduled boot camp class.

What if I still am unsure if boot camp is for me?
|
|
That is fine, come and see for yourself that working out can be fun and rewarding at the same time. We all share the same goals at camp, having fun
while working hard, all focusing on a common goal to be better, inside and out! Remember, this is something all for you! And you, and the people who
love you, deserve it!

How long will I be sore?
|
|
This depends on your current fitness levels, and how often you come to camp. Obviously, everyone who joins will have different body types, with
different muscle mass, and endurance levels. Usually, your first week will be the toughest, yes, resulting in sore muscles. However, by the next
week you will already start to see improvements in your strength, energy, increased joint mobility, flexibility, and endurance! You will be amazed
at some of things that you never thought you could do! The most difficult challenges provide the best opportunities!

How soon will I start to lose weight and see results?
|
|
Everyone's results are different; this will be based on how often you come to camp, and how well your eating habits are, also, what you will be
doing on your days off from camp. We offer no quick fixes for losing weight, no diets here with this boot camp! We will offer you suggestions on
what to eat, and when to eat, as your diet depends on 70-80% of achieving your fitness goals, and provide to you awesome fat burning, muscle toning
work outs! Many campers have lost inches within their first 4 week session, and for the first time in their lives, learned how important clean
eating is for their over all health and well being. Your fitness goals depend on YOU and YOUR determination! My job is to help you stay focused,
encourage you, motivate you, create for you a fun environment, surround you with others just like you, challenge you and support you. Inspiration
gets you moving, motivation keeps you going.
