Coming to Boot Camp has kept me motivated and inspired me to keep pushing and working for a weight loss (and strength ) goal! I try to make it to camp at least 3 times a week, I walk everyday, try to eat better (getting cleaner... not totally clean ...yet? Is wine clean if it is clear?) I have lost 30 pounds in 3 months and tons of inches... I don't have the beginning numbers but my clothes do the talking. I have dropped 2 pant sizes, and am feeling FANTASTIC!!

Having Dana & Michelle helping and inspiring me has really made an impact on my work outs and I enjoy their professional knowledge, yet caring and supportive pointers! The fellow campers are supportive, inspiring and dedicated which makes joining them early in the morning lots of fun!!

I feel so much better, I sleep so much better now, and I wish now that I had joined with 2 of my friends a year ago!! Dana is a walking billboard for her boot camp, and that was a huge selling point for me!! Can't remember life before Bfit4Life....
