Who Joins Boot Camp?
Men/and or Women ages range from 13 years and up.   Please email us or call today to set up your free fitness evaluation and guided tour of our Bridge facility, as well as our Xtreme facility. 

What do I need to bring?
A towel, or yoga mat, water, and one set of free weights.  Most start with 5lbs.  We supply weights over 12lbs for campers.  We ask that you take your light weights with you to and from boot camp.  All other equipment is provided by our trainers. Our Bridge location offers free co-ed locker rooms with showers.

What if I can not run?
We do a limited amount of running at camp, and our trainers always offer modifications for any and all exercises given. We will always do our best to bring out the best in you, and your performance at camp. Workouts are designed so you can work at your own specific pace. Our boot camp atmosphere is based on positive encouragement and motivation, concentrating on you and your specific fitness needs and goals.

How long does it last?
All sessions run 1 hour long. We start with a 5 min. warm up including light limbering and stretching, ending with a 5 min. stretch and cool down, focusing on flexibility and core work.  Currently every Monday 9:15am boot camp, and every first and 3rd Wednesday 9:15am boot camp runs from 9:15am-10:00am with a FREE 30 minute flexibility class post workout to relieve stressed, tired muscles. 

What about if it rains?
Our early morning camps and mid morning camps are located indoors at The Bridge. Our night classes are also held indoors at our Xtreme Studio.  When our schedule at Snedigar Sportsplex is in session we will cancel a class only if there is lightning. 

What if I miss a scheduled class that I already paid for?
We never want you to lose out on a paid class, which is why we allow you to make up all missed days in any other scheduled boot camp class. *Please note, missed days need to be taken care of during your paid session. We also offer punch cards for all our locations.  This makes it very easy to get to class, you may come to any location with the punch card.  You have 2 months to use pre paid classes.

How long will I be sore?
This depends on your current fitness levels, and how often you come to camp. Obviously, everyone who joins will have different body types, with different muscle mass, and endurance levels. Usually, your first week will be the toughest.  However, by the next week you will already start to see improvements in your strength, energy, increased joint mobility, flexibility, and endurance.  Be sure to take advantage of our FREE flexibility classes designed to keep your muscles long, lean, and you feeling good! 

How soon will I start to lose weight and see results?
Everyone's results are different; this will be based on how often you come to camp, and how well your eating habits are, also, what you will be doing on your days off from camp. We offer no quick fixes for losing weight.  We do provide free meal plans for all campers to jump start their goals, as well as offer free journal analysis.  We feel it is important to provide nutritional advice and products to all our campers.  We have on staff a certified health coach, as well as our own Monavie Distributor to help with sales in nutritional products if campers need that extra help with their diet.  Most campers lose 10-15 inches within their first 4 week session, reduce their body fat percentage by 2-3%, and also lose anywhere from 8-15lbs.
