 BFIT4LIFE Boot Camps of the East Valley is a four week,indoor/outdoor,Co-Ed, Metabolic Training and Nutritional Program designed for men and women of all ages and abilities who are serious about their fitness goals. Get in shape FAST, MELT FAT, and STAY MOTIVATED at any one of our 3 East Valley locations: Snedigar Sports Complex, Alma School Road and Lake Drive, The Bridge, Alma School Road and Germann Road, Childcare Available, and Xtreme Air Jump and Skate, Pecos and McQueen. Sessions are jam packed with challenging yet fun, metabolic circuits that will quickly whip you into shape, leaving you begging for more! Our program is designed for all fitness levels, ages, and abilities. Whether wanting to lose weight for that special upcoming event, or perhaps just starting out new to fitness and not sure where to start? Tired of spending endless hours on the treadmill doing boring cardio and just not seeing the results you want with your current fitness program? Our program will challenge you to work your hardest within your own limits. No worries about feeling lost in a large group because we actually cap our classes. My name is Monica and I work at SRP. I am so thankful that BFIT4LIFE has come to SRP to push me to workout on my lunch hour. With two kids it is hard to find time for myself so this is perfect and my co-workers and I push each other on days we dont feel like going. I have been going to bootcamp for 4 months and have lost 50 pounds. I am trying everyday to eat better and staying with the exercise. "Full time RN student. Set to graduate in December 2011.
Started with BFIT in June 2011 so that I could incorporate exercise into my weight loss goals. I've lost 25 lbs since April 2011 and while I'm losing weight more slowly now, I am losing inches, gaining agility and increasing my endurance all thru being in the BFIT program. My main goal right now is weight loss and to live a healthier lifestyle that includes healthy eating and exercise. I've never stuck to an exercise program this long and I believe the difference for me is the encouragement from Dana and many of the other participants of BFIT. It inspires me that Dana has an "I don't quit on my clients" attitude, as I'm at a point where I need someone to not give up on me."
